If you craft your webpages by hand, getting them on your server can be a challenge. First you have to open your html Editor, then you have to save the page open your ftp client and so on.
With the maker you just need to do one click and you page goes exactly where you want it to go. The maker can also publish your pages to multiple places on your server.

and so on...
